The photo was recently e-mailed to me by a friend, who wrote: “Was at a little town fair last weekend and saw a "health truck" (see attached picture) and thought of your blog. Mind you, this was taken in front of fairgrounds where the only food on offer was cotton candy, candied apples, caramel popcorn, hot dogs and cheese burgers . . .”
